However, we ask that before you raise your request that you try one or more of the following:
·Try Restarting the Program or logging off and then back on again.
·Are any other users experinceing the same issues? It could be network/communication issues.
·Retrace your steps, this will be useful for when the Support Team ask you questions - but also, doing this can make you see that maybe you made a mistake.
If any of the above fail to yield the results you want then please consrtuct an email to us.
In the Email, if you could include the following information, it will make our investigation and problem solving much easier and quicker:
·Your name (if not included in the return email address)
·Your User Number.
·A detailed account of the Problem. This may seem time consuming at the time, but it can reduce the ammount of Questions and/or guesswork from our side.
·If possible the Menu's you go through to where you get your issues.
·If you are getting an Error message, please Screenshot it and attach it to the Email.
